Lundazi Town Council offers the following services to the community;

• Refuse collection through the keep Zambia clean, green and healthy campaign.
• Clean and safe drinking water through borehole drilling in communities under the Water and Sanitation section.
• Licenses, such as: trade licenses, health permit license, liquor licences, fire arm licences and all other different licences. It also offers marriage certificates and fire certificates.
• Provision of trading premises
• Plot allocation/ Town planning
• Provision of feeder roads through Works department.
• Pre-school services and provision of services to the vulnerable through community development
• Land distribution/ plots
• Burying of destitute
• Eradication of stray dogs through Public Health Section
• Hospitality services through the Motel and Council lodges
• HIV/AIDS, gender and human rights sensitization through the District Aids Coordination Advisory.
